In celebration of Nurses Week, we invite you to a deeply nurturing experience designed to refill your cup and soothe your nervous system. Join us for an afternoon of rest, healing, and restoration through a fusion of Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and a Sound Bath in a serene and supportive setting.

This event is co-facilitated by Jamie Stouch, RN, a registered nurse and holistic practitioner, and Dr. Gigi Turner, founder of Singing Bowls of the Rockies. Together, they will guide you through an intentional sequence of meditative rest, energetic healing, and vibrational sound designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your breath, and return to your center.

    •    Yoga Nidra will gently guide you into a deeply restful, meditative state—no experience required.

    •    Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout to support emotional, mental, and energetic clearing.

    •    A soothing sound bath will envelop you with the tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments, allowing your body to fully soften and receive.
